William has experience working with both private and government Institutions in Australia, Japan and Brunei Darussalam. He specializes in partner visas and Australian citizenships. He has also had personal experience with a partner visa. William is bilingual in Japanese. He also speaks a little of several other languages and has travelled around Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. His masters in linguistics and years' of work as a linguistics lecturer at university have developed his work efficiency and hold him in good stead to handle complicated and urgent visa applications.
He is a fourth generation Australian of Scottish descent. Born in Hobart, Tasmania he comes from a distinguished legal family. His father holds a post-graduate degree from Harvard Law School, is a retired family law specialist and a former Tasmanian representative on the Law Council of Australia. His uncle is the immediate past Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. One of his grandfathers was a judge of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. The other grandfather was President of the Law Council of Australia, founded a prominent Hobart legal firm and was a moving force in the establishment of Law Asia, an organisation of Asian lawyers promoting the rule of law and the development of international law. William is proud of his family and enjoys the social aspect of meeting people.
