William has experience working with both private and Government Institutions in Australia. He processes visas of many types. Particularly partner visas where he is happy to assist partners with their visa applications. Visitor, student, sponsored skilled work, Citizenship, bridging visas and retiree visas are just a few of the visas William has helped his clients with. Over the past six years, he has experienced working with his clients to achieve their visa pathways. He oversees all of the work for every client from start to finish.
He is a fourth generation Australian of Scottish descent. Born in Hobart, Tasmania he comes from a distinguished legal family. His father holds a post-graduate degree from Harvard Law School, is a retired family law specialist and a former Tasmanian representative on the Law Council of Australia. His uncle is the immediate past Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. One of his grandfathers was a judge of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. The other grandfather was President of the Law Council of Australia, founded a prominent Hobart legal firm and was a moving force in the establishment of Law Asia, an organisation of Asian lawyers promoting the rule of law and the development of international law. William is proud of his family and enjoys the social aspect of meeting people.
